How do I find my size?

Measure the finger you will wear it on with a strip of paper, or match an existing ring against our size guide. Silicone should fit snug, so if you land between sizes, go down. Men's Active bands come in sizes 7 to 14. Women's Active bands come in sizes 5 to 10, and Flow rings in 4 to 10.

What if I order the wrong size?

Your first size exchange is free, including the return label, within 30 days of delivery. Start it on our returns page.

My hands swell during the day. Which size do I pick?

Measure at the time of day you will mostly be wearing it, which for a lot of people is the end of a shift or after training. A ring that fits then will be slightly loose first thing, which is better than the other way round.

Delivery

How long does UK delivery take?

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (£1.99) usually arrives 2 to 3 working days after dispatch, and next day delivery is £4.99. Order before 3pm Monday to Friday and it ships the same day.

Do you ship to Ireland or the EU?

Yes. Rates are shown at checkout. EU deliveries may be subject to import VAT or duties; where we can calculate them they are shown and collected at checkout.

Where is my tracking number?

In your dispatch email. If it is not there, check junk, then use the track page with your order number.

Returns

Can I return a ring?

Yes, unworn rings within 30 days of delivery. The return label costs £3.99 and is deducted from your refund. Your statutory right to cancel within 14 days also applies. Full details are in our refund policy.

When will I get my refund?

Within 14 days of the ring arriving back at the warehouse, to your original payment method. We email when it has been processed.

The ring

Will it break?

Only when it should. It is designed to stretch and tear under a hard pull, rather than hold the finger. In normal wear, including gym work, it holds.

What if it is faulty?

Email us with your order number and a photo and we will put it right. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply.

Orders

What comes in a double set or four-pack?

Two or four rings in the size you choose, in the colours listed on the product.

Can I change or cancel an order?

If it has not been dispatched, yes. Email us straight away with your order number. If it has already left, you can return it once it arrives.
