All UK orders ship from our warehouse in the UK by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery is usually 2 to 3 working days from dispatch. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Cut-off and dispatch days

Order before 3pm, Monday to Friday, and your ring leaves the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, or at the weekend or on a bank holiday, go out on the next working day. We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched you will get an email with a Royal Mail tracking link. If you cannot find it, check your junk folder, then use the track page on this site with your order number.

Ireland and the EU

We ship to Ireland and across the EU. Rates and estimated transit times are shown at checkout once you enter your address.

Because the UK is outside the EU customs union, deliveries into the EU may attract import VAT or duties. Where our checkout can calculate these, they are shown and collected before you pay, so there is nothing to settle on delivery. Where it cannot, the carrier may ask for them at the door. We will say which applies at checkout.

Lost parcels

Royal Mail occasionally loses things. If your tracking has not moved and the parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email us with your order number and we will send a replacement. You do not need to wait for a Royal Mail investigation to finish; that is between us and them.

Wrong address

If you notice a mistake in your address, email us straight away. If the parcel has not been dispatched we can change it. If it has, we will do what we can with Royal Mail, and if it comes back to us we will resend it.
