Your Royal Mail tracking link is in the dispatch email we sent when your order left the warehouse. If you cannot find that email, message us with your order number and we will look it up.

What the statuses mean

• Order confirmed: we have your order and it is waiting to be picked. Orders before 3pm Mon–Fri ship the same day.
• Dispatched: it has left the warehouse and Royal Mail has the parcel. Tracking may take a few hours to update.
• In transit: it is moving through the Royal Mail network. Tracked 48 usually takes 2 to 3 working days.
• Out for delivery: it is on the van and should arrive today.
• Delivered: it has arrived. If you cannot find it, check with neighbours and any safe place first.

If the status has not moved for a while, do not worry yet; Royal Mail scans are not always continuous. If nothing has arrived 10 working days after dispatch, email us at info@botthms.co.za with your order number and we will send a replacement.
