Product is good. I had a previous ring for a few years. Till sadly it broke after wearing regularly over this time. Had great service the first time but sadly this second order has been disappointing. Ordered a replacement about 2 months ago and took over three weeks to arrive. I ordered the wrong size and emailed after two weeks of waiting to state this and said if not shipped please can you change the size. I had no reply to this but and automated email to then confirm a second shipping of the item. I have been very disappointed with the service the second time around and have now returned the ring and still waiting for my refund to process after just over a week. Let's just say I won't be returning for another order.
Would always recommend great service great product
I have rating this low as both this ring and another ring has never arrived. Ive been charged but no ring and this was over a month ago. I have emailed and contacted on social media over 5x and no response! Please refund immediately!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Horrible shopping experience! The delivery was late by a whole week, even though you pay for a two day delivery. The items were chunky and not true to the size. I returned them (bought two rings, one for me and one for my husband) and the company hasn’t refunded me yet (they confirmed receipt of the return on 14/11/25).
