Terrible customer service! Order took over three weeks to arrive, despite me chasing up on three separate occasions. No-one had the decency to reply.

The ring is great. Customer service is questionable. My ring is great, fits well and comfortable on my finger (after I figured out my right size haha), I'd highly recommend to anyone. Delivery service really good. The ring itself gets 5*. The lost star comes down to the customer service. I made 2 orders before this one due to wrong size and being impatient, so I returned them for a refund. I paid delivery for the return and received an email saying they'd been received but I've been waiting a week since that email and no refund. I've tried chasing it up but very little communication. It's ashame because I really like my ring and would buy another.
