Great quality As an electrician I can’t really wear traditional jewellery at work with the risk of electrocution, but with this ring I can wear it whenever I want and not be worried about it! Very quick delivery and a great quality item. Would definitely recommend for those with hands on jobs.

Product was fine as expected. What was unacceptable was the wait time. I ordered an item that was in stock and said to be shipped in 2 days. 30 days I waited with zero contact from yourselves I made numerous attempts to contact you about this and everyone was ignored. I used email phone and social media This order was only resolved when I put a claim back in through the bank and they got involved. Great product awful company. Would not recommend deal with them to anyone
Very slow delivery
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Horrible shopping experience! The delivery was late by a whole week, even though you pay for a two day delivery. The items were chunky and not true to the size. I returned them (bought two rings, one for me and one for my husband) and the company hasn’t refunded me yet (they confirmed receipt of the return on 14/11/25).
Item did not arrive, raised this with Botthms & have had no response
This was a replacement ring for my husband as he lost the last one. First one was a size 10, this time he went for a 9. Initially felt a little tight but has now loosened slightly. Hopefully he won’t lose this one.
The QR code on the pack doesnt go to a live Web page, I tried to email to exchange, as the return/exchange section won't let you pick a size to exchange to, but had no reply, so I had to return it, but have since not heard anything, nor had a reply, nor a refund. So its not gone great.

I ordered a size 11 following the sizing chart however found it to be too big. I contacted customer support who were. Wry helpful and I returned it for a size 10. That fits perfectly and is very comfortable.

Poor advertising as showed ring in a nice presentation box and no mention that this was no longer included. Specifically chose this brand over others because it was well presented and it turned up in a plastic bag. Please change your website
