Something not right? No problem. Let us know within 30 days of delivery and we’ll get it straightened out for you.
- All items must be returned in unused (re-saleable) condition.
- We cannot accept socks that have been opened for hygiene reasons – no exceptions
- All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken
- Please allow 30 working days from the date of your return for your refund to be processed.
- Transaction Fees and Shippping costs that were charged wont be refunded when refunding an order.
- Items Retuned after 30 Days of delivery will not be refunded.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred when returning an item. Goods must be returned obtaining proof of purchase and by registered post only. We cannot be held responsible for any item returned to us in any other way.
Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order.
