RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please book a return directly on our RETURNS PORTAL
Your order is shipped via ROYAL MAIL, HERMES or DHL EXPRESS.
- We are unable to deliver on public holidays, any orders placed on a public holiday will be dispatched the following working day
- A signature is not required for UK deliveries. You can request for your parcel to be left with your neighbour, or in a safe place!
- We are unable to deliver on public holidays – sorry guys!
UK Next Day Delivery
- Next day delivery is only available Monday – Friday
- The cut-off for next day delivery is 16:25. Any orders placed after this time will be delivered within 2 working days!
- Any orders placed on Friday after 16:25 will be dispatched Monday for delivery Tuesday.
- We only accept online payments. We currently accept MasterCard, Visa Credit/Debit Cards. All transactions are shown in UK £ sterling.
- For your safety and security, we require you to enter your Card Verification Number (CVN) when paying by Credit Card.
- We only use a secure payment gateway service via STRIPE, so you can shop with us safe in the knowledge that your transactions are 100% secure.
We are currently unable to accept cash, cheques or postal orders.
