I’ve used these rings for a few years now (I think I’m on my third), as an adventure sport coach mostly working on rivers in kayaks or canoes I wanted to wear my wedding ring all the time but the thought of a metal ring in these environments conjured up all sorts of images of nasty injuries. These rings are both comfortable and practical with no chance of injury or having to have a ring cut off (colleagues have had this following climbing accidents) and my official wedding ring is still free of any damage or scuffs.
How could you improve...... Maybe answer a bloody email. 2 day shipping turned into 3 weeks. I sent 2 texts and a facebook message. NOTHING back. I even had the bank involved.
Just plain ignorant. Shame it used to be such a good company. Advice from one business owner to another take onboard some of the feedback that is now circulating Botthms - its not good!!!! I wont be using you again
Ordered on the 29th April, before midday so to get next day delivery. Order didn’t get acknowledged until 11th May once I’d disputed payment with my bank. Ring turned up 13th May, 2 weeks after I ordered it.
No body was available to contact or help in the matter, but the company was more than happy to spam my email asking for a review!
